Takatali Bhendi in Marathi





Ingredients Required:

1. Half kilo lady Okra or Lady finger(Bhendi)

2.  1 spoon red chilie pawder

3. Half a spoon of turmeric

4. 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

4. Salt to taste

5. Butter Milk 2 cups

6. chopped 2 tablespoons coriander leaves

6. Oil-2 tablespoon



 Action:

Clean the okra or Lady finger (Bhendi), wash it with a thin cloth and dry it.

Cut the knife to both sides of the okra (Bhendi) .cut it medium size pieces around 2 inches.

Heat a pan.Add fenugreek seeds,red chili powder, turmeric, salt andbutter milk.Then add the Bhendi and mix it well.

Boil this mixer on low flame.

After butter milk getting  thik ,Take it that the vegetable should be down.

Finally add coriander leaves.


Note: While picking okra, it should be a green and fresh .To make a handful, the hand will be quickly cut into two pieces.
