Olya Khobryachi Chatni | Coconut Chutney Recipe In Marathi
Ingredients:
1) 1 bowl Fresh grated Coconut
2) 2 tbsp Dal (use to make chivda in diwali)
3) A piece of Ginger chopped
4) Green chillies to taste
5) half Lemon
7) 1 tbsp Sugar to taste
8) 1 tbsp Salt to taste
9) Water
For Tadka
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
A pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Method :
1) Take fresh coconut into a blender jar.
2) Add dal that we use to make chivda.chopped ginger, green chillies to taste, sugar salt and lemon.
3) Blend dry ingredients first for about a minute.
4) Mix well and add water. Blend it again.You can add more water to adjust the consistency.
5) Take out the chutney into a bowl.Now we make takda.
6) Heat oil in small kadai.
7) Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, hing,curry leaves.
8)switch the gas.When the tadka is cooled down, add it to chutney and mix well.
9)Now our olya khobaraychi chatani/Coconut Chutney is ready for eat
10)you can serve it with edli,dosa,amboli,medu wada.
