its ideal drink for summer with high nutrition,calcium ,protein, iron and other minerals.
Ingredients
1)3-4 tbsp Ragi Flour /Nachani
2)Around 1 big Bowl Buttermilk
3)1 Tbsp Cumin Seed/Powder
4)2 cloves garlic Crushed
5)2 Glass of water
6) 2 Tbsp Black Salt
Method :
1) Make a smooth paste of ragi flour with little Buttermilk.
2) Boil 2 cups water in a pan and add crushed garlic,Cumin Seed and black salt to it.
3) After boiling water Add ragi flour and stir continuously so as to avoid any lumps.
4) on Low flame cook till it boil well.
5)Now, let the mixture cool down completely.
6) After cooling ,stir in between to avoid lumps.
7) Finally Gradually add buttermilk to cooled ragi .
8) Make a fine mixture and mix well
9) Searv Nachniche aambil.
