Turmeric pickle

Ingredients:

200 gm Sliced Oli halad / Fresh turmeric
50 gm Slices Ginger
 2 spoon Red mirchi powder
2 Lemon juice
Salt to taste
25 gm Mustard seeds
2  tsp Methi / Fenugreek seeds
For tempering: 2 cups Sarson oil / mustard oil


Method:

1.Wash oli halad and peel it with the help of a knife.

2. After cutting the slices, drip it with cotton cloth .To keep it for 5 minutes, keep all the pieces of turmeric tight so that all the water part will be gone.

3. Peel the ginger and cut it into slices  and Slices Ginger transfer the mixture into a blender jar. Blend it
4. Heat up a pan and add mustard seeds. Dry roast these a little until these begin to pop up. Turn off the gas and add methi seeds. Heat up the methi seeds for about a minute and transfer the mixture into a blender jar. Blend it . Do not make fine powder.
Pickle masala is already.

5. Heat up oil in a pan. When oil is enough hot, turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.
6.take  bowl .In a bowl take oli halad. Add ginger and Red mirchi powder  Mix well. • Add salt, lemon juice and mix well.

7.Add the pickle masala into the mixture according to your taste and mix well. and Keep it aside.
8.Heat up Sarson oil / mustard oil in a pan. When oil is enough hot, turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.

9. Add the oil and mix well.

10. take Clean, washed, cleaned dry glass bottle

11. Fill the pickle it the glass bottle and you can keep this bottle under the sun for about 2 days.

12 . Olya haladiche lonache is ready to eat.

Tips :
1.You can use gloves while cutting and peeling oli halad. Or you can rub lot of oil. Or else your hands will turn yellowish.
