Ratali (Sweet Potatoes) 2
Jeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Hirvi Mirchi (Green chillies) 2-3 chopped
Crushed peanut powder 1/2 cup
Oil / Saajuk Tup (ghee) 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
sugar 1 Tsp.
Method :
1)Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, wipe them dry with a cloth and peel the skin off, then grate them.
2) Wash the grated Sweet Potatoes.squeeze out the water from the potatoes before adding to the pan
3) grated Sweet potato add sugar,salt,and Crushed peanut powder.and mix it well.
4)In a pan/kadhai, heat the oil/ghee. Add the jeera and then the green chillies.Fry for a minute.
5)then add the above grated sweet potatoes mixter.
6)cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes till white steam escapes from the pan.
7)our Ratali Kees is ready for serve.
8)To enjoy it even more, serve a yogurt or Buttermilk on the side.
