Radish Salad | Mulyachi Koshimbir Recipe In Marathi
Very easy to make, nutritious mulyachi Kosambari. To make it protein rich you can soak the Moong dal and add it to the salad.
Mulangi / Daikon Radish are low calorie, fat free vegetables, rich in vitamin C, calcium and fiber. Raw Radish helps in preventing and controlling the piles.
It helps in digestion, detox the body, boosts the immunity, and good for bone health. Also it is good for weight loss.
Ingredients :
2-3 white Radish,
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste
1/4 tbsp Red chili powder
tbsp peanuts, roasted and coarsely ground
fresh coriander chopped for garnishing
half lemon
2-3 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
Methods :
1)Peel and Grate the Radish finely and Then drain the excess water from the Radish.
2)Add 1 spoon of salt,1 spoon of sugar,coarsely ground peanut,red chili powder also add half lemon.
3)Mix all the ingredients properly.
4)Then make a tempering. Put pan on heat, then add oil to it. As the oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, pinch of Hing and curry leaves to it.
Add tempering to the Radish curd mixture.
5)Mix well all the ingredients.
6)Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
