Ingredients:
1) 250 Grm okra/ Bhindi /Ledy Finger
2) 1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic pest.
3) 1-2 Chopped onion
4) 1 chopped Tomato
5) 2 tbsp yogurt/dahi/curd
6) 1 Tbsp turmeric powder/haldi
7) 1 Tbsp Garam masala
8) 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder
9) 1 Tbsp coriander powder/dhania powder
10) 1 tbsp raw mango Powder
11) 2 Tbsp low fat cream
12) Oil 5-6 Tbsp.

Method :
1) First Wash the okra/ Bhindi well and dry with kitchen.
it is very important to make the okra dry completetly to avoid stickiness afterwords.
2) Cut okra into 1 inch pieces.
3) Heat the oil in a pan ,then add okra on it.
4) Stir and saute until the bhindi is almost cooked Lightly brown from the sides.
5) After frying okra/bhindi ,remove from kadai and keep aside,on same oil add ginger-garlic pest
6) Add Hing ,and chopped onion stir them.Once the onions turn light golden, lower the flame.
7) Then add Red chili powder and mix well.
8) Add Chopped Tomato & salt.Mix well.Stir continuously.
9) Now, add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp raw mango Powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 Tbsp Garam Masala.
10) Mix all ingredients and 2-3 Tbsp Water and cover the kadai for 3-4 minutes.
11) Remove cover and high the flame, add curd,and low fat cream.mix well and stir in between.
12) Now add he okra/bhindi and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
13) Serve hot!
