Ingredients:
250 Grm While Sesame
250 Grm Jaggery (Chikkicha Gool)1 cup Roasted Peanuts coarse powder
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 to 2 tbsp Pure Ghee
Method :
- First Roast 250 grm sesame till golden brown
- Dry roast the Peanuts till golden brown. Coarse grind the roasted Peanuts in a Mixer.
- Heat a pan, add jaggery and let it melt completely.
- In Onother Pan ,take chikki jaggery in a pan and start boiling it.
- In order to chech whether the heating is done ,take wter in cup and put drop of jaggery in it .Allow it to cool.If it forms a soft ball,then it is ready for laddus.
- Add pure ghee to the mixture and keep stirring the same.
- now add roasted sesame,peanuts crush,cardamom powder and mix well.
- For the laddus .make the laddu mixter is hot
- Grease hands with little ghee.
- Make small round shaped laddus
In Laddus you can also add grated and roasted coconut ,unsalted cashew pieces or any other dry fruits.
