Tondlichi Chutney |Tindora(tendli) ki Chutney In Marathi
Ingredients
1) 20-22 Tondali
2) 3-4 green Chili
3) half lemon
4) salt to test
5) 1 tbsp sugar to test
6) 4-5 tbsp Peanuts
7) tbsp sesame seeds
Method :
1)First wash tondli and then cut it. also cut green chili.2)Heat pan.Add tondli pieces ,in a dry roast them until they get brown spots.add one tbspoon of oil and roast nicely for 2-3 minutes.
3)Add green chili ,Peanuts ,2 tbsp sesame seeds cook and roast them for 5 minutes.
4)switch of heat.wait for mixture to cool down.
5)after cooling it .add into mixer blender with adding salt,sugar,lemon ,little water.
6)blend together all ingredients to fine paste and chutney is ready to serve.
Enjoy the Tondali chutney with rice or chapati.
