Ingredients:

• 7-8 Methi / Fenugreek seeds
• 2~3 tbsp Tamarind pulp
• 1 tbsp Gudh / Jaggery
• 3 tbsp Besan / Chick pea flour
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder / Goda masala
• Salt to taste

For tempering:
2 tbsp oil,
2 pinches mustard seeds,
teaspoon hing,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
Method:
1.Take peanuts and tur dal and soak them in enough water for 2 hours.

2.Take colocasia leaves
and wash then really good. Take a leaf and flip it over.
Cut the stalk and peel as much skin as possible. Keep the stalk aside.

3. Take two spoons of oil in it. Add coconut and
tur dal, Add soaked tur dal and peanuts. Mix well in it, fry the fenugreek
seeds, fry well, add chopped leaves, sticks to the stove, and a good return
until the color of the leaf changes.
4. Then add 2 cups of
water, add salt, red chili powder, Jaggery, Tamarind pulp and boil well
and beat alu really good
5. Add besan and mix well.
Make sure no lumps of besan are formed. Mix this
mixture in a pan and mix it.
6.If necessary, add a
little water. Add Goda Masala, Jaggery, and salt if needed.
7. Cook on medium heat for
about 8-10 minutes. Rawness of besan
should be removed. Turn off the gas

For tempering:
Heat oil in other small kadai ,add mustard
seeds,hing and turmeric powder.
Give tadka to above alu subji mixter.
and now aluch subji
/futfate is ready to eat .
Tips :
1. Alu is a little
itchy. So rub a little oil on hands and then chop it.
2.You can add garam masala
or kala masala instead of goda
masala.
