INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Red picese of kalingad /watermelon
  • 1 cup  grated white part,
  • chopped dry fruit
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 elaichi Powder




Method :
  1. Heat milk in pan.
  2. After boiling milk,add grated white portion of watermelon
  3. cover pan and cook upto 2-3 minutes.
  4. then add chopped dry fruits ,and red portion of watermelon
  5. stir well and cover pan and cook for 5-7 min.
  6. remove cover and add sugar and elaichi powder.stir well.
  7. cover pan again and cook kheer for 5 minutes.
  8. our watermelon kheer is ready for serve.
