Green chutney for sandwich | Mint coriander sandwich chutney

Ingredients for Mint cilantro chutney

1 bowl coriander leaves (cilantro), 1 bowl mint leaves 4 green chilies 2 tbsp salted bundi 1 1/2 lemon juice 1 tbsp dry mango (Amchoor) powder 1 tablespoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black salt Half an inch ginger 

Procedure: Wash cilantro leaves and mint leaves Take all the ingredients in a mixer bowl. Add a little water to the mixer and make chutney

This chutney can be served with Bhelpuri, sandwich, biryani paratha, pakoda, samosa vadapav for all kinds of chaats. Adding amchoor powder, turmeric and lemon juice to this chutney, this chutney stays in the fridge for up to 6 months.
