1)½ kg Patal pohe
2)1 cup roasted or fried pea nuts
3)1 cup roasted chana dal or Pandharuri phutane
4)1 tsp of jeera seeds
5)½ tsp of rai seeds
6)1 tsp turmeric powder
7)2-3 Tbsp Metkut
8)10 green chilies
9)10-15 curry leaves
10)3 tsp of fried kaju
11)2 tsp sugar
12)½ cup oil
13)salt to taste
1)Roast pohe in a heavy pan without oil on low to medium flame and keep aside.
2)Add 1/2 Cup Oil Add rai, jeera, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic paste and turmeric powder.
3)Add fry peanuts, phutane, kaju and mix well.
4) Wait For Cool this temparing.and then add Add salt and sugar ,metkut.Mix it well
5)Immediately add all roasted pohe and mix well till pohe is well coated and look light yellowish.
6)After Cooling Chivda store it in a airtight container.
7)enjoy in Breakfast,with envening Tea.
