Ingredients
For Dough :1 Bowl Wheat Flour
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
For Stuffing :
1 Bowl grated Corrot
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coriandar Powder
1 Tbsp Jeera Pawder
1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 small bowl finely chopped Coriandar Leaves
Method :
1) First Prepare dough by taking 1 bowl wheat flour,add 1/2 Tbsp Salt and 1 tbsp oiladd water in small quantities and knead smoth and soft dough.
2)keep it aside 10-15 min to settle at room temperature.
3)Now, Preapare Corrot Paratha Stuffing.
Take grated corrot ,add Salt ,Coriandar Powder ,Jeera Pawder
,Red Chili Powder,finely chopped Coriander and mix all ingredients properly.

4) Divide stuffing into equal parts and give them ball shape.press them a round shape and press little like patties.5) Take one dough pattie and add corrot stuffing .
6) Wrap Stuffing ball by lifiting all sides of rolled circle towards top ,seal the edges and give round ball shape.
7)press stuffed ball on rolling board and dust dry flour over it.and Roll it out like chapati/roti
8) Place it on hot tava and cook it medium flame.
9)Spread 1/2 Tbsp oil on it and cook 30-40 Seconds.and Flip it.
10)after fliping again spread 1/2 Tbsp oil.and Repeat flip until goldan brown spots appear on both sides of paratha.
11) Transfer it to a plate and spread butter.and Serve it with Tomato sauce.
