Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Fresh Spinach1/2 cup Tur Dal
4 tbsp Chickpea Flour
2 tbsp Kokum
1 Red Chii Powder
Salt to taste
For Tempering:
3-4 tbsp vegetable Oil,
1 tsp Mustard Seeds,
1/2 tsp Asafoetida,
1 tsp Turmeric Powder,
2-3 Red Chilies
Method:
1) Soak Tur dal in the water for 1/2 hour.2) first chop all Bunch of Fresh Spinach
3) Add 1 Tbsp Table in Pan add chopped spinach and fry it in oil.
4) After 2-3 minutes add soaked tur dal with water
5) Add Red Chii Powder,Salt, Kokum.and stir it.
6) Add 2 gass water.and Give a nice stir and bring to boil upto 15 minutes.
7) after 15 minutes After couple of minutes, add chickpea flour and mash together with masher. Remove all lumps. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
8) switch of the gas.and take tempering Pan
9) In tempering pan ,Heat 3 tbsp oil. Temper with mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, then add chopped chilies, fenugreek seeds. Fry for 5-10 seconds.
10) Temper Above oil to boiled Spinach mixture.Mix it all together .Served it.
