How to Make Sprouts Bhel Diet Recipe

Ingredients

1) Moong sprouts - 1/2 cup 
2) sprout moth beans / matki 1/2 cup
3) Bengal Gram - Harbara Sprouts 1/2 cup
4) 1/2 onion, chopped
5)  1/2 Corrot, chopped
6) 2 tsp lemon juice
7) 1/2 tsp Rock salt or Sendha namak 
8)1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
9)Few chopped coriander leaves

Method :
HOW TO MAKE SPROUTS and sprouts Bhel for Diet :
1)Soak moong seeds and Bengal Gram - Harbara moth beans / matki ,for five hours.  and Put them in a wet cloth and keep aside for one day. 

2) Take one big bowl

3) Mix with Moong sprouts, moth beans / matki,Bengal Gram, onion, Corrot, Rock salt,lime juice,  red chilli powder, 

4) Finally add hopped coriander leaves Mix it well for 2 minuts and serve.
